Aidan Barton is a passionate artist, with a restless drive to create across multiple disciplines. In his search for authenticity, he has gone from programmer, to philosopher, to artist. Accumulating a unique set of skills that support one another. Whether with word, camera, or brush, Aidan follows his interest in time, texture, light, and simplicity. This has led him around the world, painting in Australia, UK, and France. Working on landscapes, portraits, and abstract work as he tries to capture wholeness and mood. His journey has brought him back to his hometown in Virginia Beach, where he hopes to share what he has learned.
